Let no word ever be said against Counselor.
Today she had me laughing so hard I was crying.
Which was somehow exactly what I needed.
She also had some good things to say to/about me that were very hard to take in, mainly on account of their goodness.
You may have noticed I needed that too.
I feel good.

so I'm wondering how long it will be before Spidey can look in the mirror and say the good things outloud to herself? soon I hope. maybe since Spidey has 8 hands - she should write each good thing down eight times.....
