Checking In
It's been a very full few days since The Boy arrived late on Tuesday. I'm about to crash right now, but I figured I'd give a brief update.
We've been running crazy. There have, however, been times scattered throughout the week when we've been able to just be. It's been good. I do not want to take him back to LAX on Tuesday, but such is life, for now. We won't even come close to doing all that we talked about doing. No drive to the mountains. No train to LA. There's just not time. We may or may not get to visit Grandma's house. On the other hand, we have spent time with a good number of important people, and more is scheduled for the next two days, so it's not like we've wasted time or opportunities.
One thing we haven't accomplished yet is pictures. I'll get some tomorrow if at all possible. Meanwhile, good night.

I have been thinking a lot about you guys. Glad you are good and enjoying each other.
